Therese Thompson

Executive Director

Therese joined the Summit team in January of 2008.  She has a B.S. in biology, a M.S. in wildlife biology and 15 years of experience working in the public sector in policy analysis, strategic planning, fundraising, and event management.  Therese is currently working on a Master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in nonprofit management through the University of Colorado.

Monique Miranda

Cancer Exercise Specialist

Monique has been with the Summit team since January of 2003. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in kinesiology exercise and sports science. She is a certified cancer exercise specialist and runs the bilingual program at the City of Denver.

Sandy Dickman

Cancer Exercise Specialist

Sandy has worked with Summit Cancer Solution since 2005. A graduate of Metropolitan State College in Denver, she is certified by the American College of Sport Medicine, the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program, as a cancer exercise specialist and as a master trainer.

Trudy Bauer

Office Administrator

Trudy has been a member of the Summit team since January of 2007. She has a B.S. in Occupational Therapy, practicing in rehab and school settings until becoming a mother.
